It doesn't hurt to get a second opinion regarding your visa options. Make sure that that advice given to you by the Department, another agent or lawyer is correct. We can provide a 'second opinion' for you either by telephone consultation or by a face to face interview . Often all that is required is a single interview in which we will go through all your circumstances examine the advice you received.

Telephone or Face-to-Face consultations

If you would like to book a face-to-face or telephone consultation with one of our RMA's you will need to contact us so we can arrange a suitable time.
We will arrange all telephone and face-to-face consultations within 3 days from the date of contact (if it suits you). Telephone and face-to-face
consultations have a fixed fee and you will be informed of the fee when you contact us.

Face-to-face consultations are available in all of Australia's capital cities (regional areas by arrangement).

To save you time and money, here are some tips for preparing for a consultation:

extra assistance and advice during the application process.

This inclusive personalized guide, prepared by an RMA will contain the following information:

A comprehensive and personalized step-by-step guide to the procedures required to complete your visa.
An analysis of your situation to give you some understanding of your position before you submit your visa application.
Information on other issues such as health and character. These areas can often seem confusing and complex to visa applicants.

The most up to date visa application forms and document checklists (they are subject to change without notice).

Professional Assessment of your application

This service is best suited to applicants who feel confident enough to prepare their own visa application but wish to have an RMA do a
final check of the application to make sure all the documents are in place, all the forms have been filled in and whether your application is
ready to be submitted. It can't be stressed enough how important it is to submit a strong and valid visa application because a visa refusal or
cancellation is not only costly to you, the client, but it can have serious consequences for any future applications. In our assessment we will read
over all your documents and application forms and advise you of any "missing pieces". For this service, only send photocopies and not original
documentation.

Comprehensive Visa Application Package:
with your own personal Registered Migration Agent.

This package is best suited to those visa applicants who have limited time and resources to make the application themselves or those who want
to be sure they submit a thorough and comprehensive application that has been prepared to the highest standards by their own RMA.

This package includes:

Stage 1: An initial review of your personal circumstances.

An RMA will be assigned to your case and will review your situation to determine the best visa for your circumstances.

You choose the method of assessment; an online assessment, a scheduled appointment, by telephone, fax or email.

Stage 2 :A comprehensive review and document check.

This involves your RMA assessing the documentation you have submitted to ensure it is complete and that you are ready to submit a valid visa
application. This may also involve advice about the steps you may need to fulfil before your

visa application is lodged (eg. skills assessment).

Stage 3: Preparation of your visa application and submission.

This involves your RMA checking that all of the forms have been filled in and are correct. Once sure that all the forms are complete and accurate
your visa application will then be submitted to the

relevant governing authorities.

Stage 4: Application processing and the application outcome.

During the processing of your application, we correspond with all the government authorities on your behalf. We will keep you informed about the
status of your visa as it is being processed. You will have peace of mind knowing that you have an RMA acting on your behalf should any issues
arise during the processing period.
